Ready to Book a Date?
Step #1: Request Preferred Date and Backup Date: When you are 100% ready to reserve a date, email us at drycreekfarmlongmont@gmail.com informing us that you are ready to book ABC date, if it is still available. We suggest you email us stating you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the farm. You can request a tour on our tour request page, but an in-person tour is not required prior to booking a date. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by email first for a specific date will be first in line. The date is NOT locked down until a signed contract and first payment are received, and confirmed, by Dry Creek Farm.
Step #2: Dry Creek Farm Will Confirm if Date is Available and Send You the Contract
Step #3: Review Contract, Ask Questions, Sign Paper Contract When Ready (there is a bit of urgency here as your date is still not secured at this point)
Step #4: Return Signed Contract and First Payment (cash, check, or cashiers check)

If you prefer to hand deliver contract and payment, this can be arranged
Step #5: Dry Creek Farm Confirms Receipt of Payment and Signed Contract, confirms your event date now belongs to you, and only you!
Please Note 2026 Event Payment Requirements:
For a 2026 event, the full venue reservation fee is $6400. We require a $2200 first payment along with the signed contract. The second payment of $2100 is required 9 months in advance of your event. The final payment of $2100 is required 30 days prior to the event. The specific calendar dates for payments will be included in your contract. Please include the last names of the bridal couple or event host, and the event date, in the memo line if you are paying with a check. Shortly before the event, a credit card number will be acquired and held on file for any damages to the facility or loss of items owned by Dry Creek Farm. Tax (Unincorporated Boulder County only) is already applied to each payment.
