Large & bright commercial grade 1800 sq. ft. dinner & dancing tent with open and configurable walls. Open-air (healthy) & safe from rain, sun & wind. This spacious main tent includes a professional dance floor, music/media booth, banquet tables, comfy padded chairs, electricity, gorgeous chandeliers & lovely head table for bridal party or guests of honor. Breath-taking mountain views from every banquet table and dance floor, included. This tent includes a fully furnished, private host/bridal party dressing & comfort room provided for your use during the entire event.
Large & bright commercial grade 900 sq. ft. food service & bar tent. Provides weather-proof cover for food & drinks. Beautiful wood bar with extra display/storage for bartender, drink station, gift table, welcome table, gorgeous chandeliers, electricity, dessert center with tiered stands (if needed) & buffet food service tables included. The tent includes extra prep area, with a refrigerator and tables, for the caterer and bartender.
Spacious 7000 sf. ft. fenced and enclosed “Fun-For-All Yard” for mingling, playing yard games (corn hole, toddler play structure, yard Jenga, yard connect four, outdoor ping pong, etc. (included)) & enjoying stunning, unobstructed views of Longs Peak and the Front Range. No mud or slippery grass. Yes!
Banquet tables and chairs to comfortably accommodate up to 99 attendees. White tablecloths included. Comfortable and stylish cream-colored padded banquet chairs. Classy white chair covers, coordinated chair sashes & table runners (5 color options), and the extensive and ever-expanding “Something Borrowed Décor Collection” are offered to couples and hosts for their use, with no extra charge.
100% compostable dinner plates, cake plates, drink cups, hot beverage cups, utensils, napkins, & trash bags, included regardless of caterer and bartender choice. Included because water conservation & sustainability matter. Clients are welcome to arrange for their own dinnerware and glassware if they prefer.
Owner team member is onsite & available during the entire event. Several parking lot attendants ensure safe vehicle parking and guide guests at the beginning of your event.
Lighted, ample parking lot with handicap spots up front, & special parking for limo or food truck (your option), included.
Fully equipped luxury restroom trailer with AC, flush toilets, sinks, electricity & water, included for the comfort of all guests.
Grounds are tastefully landscaped with multiple sustainable, water-wise, native Colorado wildflower gardens. None of our grounds or plants are treated with chemicals, EVER. Yes!
Online event planner so hosts can communicate important details to the venue team. This resource might help couples feel that a human wedding planner is not needed.
Comprehensive couples/host guide to help prepare every detail for the big day.
7 hours (can be split to facilitate prep, decorating, ceremony travel) of facility access the day of the event, between 10 am and 10 pm. 2 hours of access to the venue available the day after for rental & décor pickup.
Optional Friday Night access for booked Saturday events. Click here for more details about bundling the Friday evening before your Saturday event, for only $800.

We require a $1M event insurance policy with Dry Creek Farm listed as the additional insured. Couples or host should budget approximately $250 for this insurance. Please see FAQs for more information.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based and locked on the date the event contract is signed, not the date of the tour or initial communications, which could be many months before a finalized contract.
